Water Restoration FAQ

Should I contact my insurance company?

Yes you should contact your insurance company, but they also prefer that you call us first to start heading your way. The sooner we can arrive, assess and start the process of drying out the structure the more time we have to prevent future damage.

Do you bill my insurance company?

Yes. We want to make this as easy and stress free as possible for you. We will submit all necessary paperwork and directly bill your insurance company for our services.

What will it cost for water damage restoration?

The cost of a water damage repair depends on many factors. These would include the contamination level of the water, building materials, and the severity and square feet of the affected area. Fortunately, for most homeowners the cost may be covered by their home insurance.

Is it safe to stay in a flooded home?

It may not be safe. If the flood water in your home is contaminated and you come into contact or ingest it, it can make you sick. Standing water can pose an electrocution risk. We will help you determine if it is safe to stay by doing an inspection of the damaged area.

How long does it take to dry out water damage?

Most properties will take approximately 4 days. However, your drying time will vary greatly depending on the severity of damage, and how quickly emergency services began. We will use the correct methods and equipment to determine when our home’s moisture levels are in the optimal range.
